nOURish INDOOR FARM, Connecticut’s FIRST NON PROFIT Indoor Hydroponic Farm, was born out of the sobering fact that the people of Bridgeport have little access to fresh produce.

Our Indoor Farm grows vegetables and fruits 365 days/year, 24 hours/day,  using only water, light, and nutrients. NO DIRT. NO PESTICIDES.
